Our company's products mainly include three series of carpet yarns: differentiated polypropylene, differentiated nylon, and differentiated polyester.The polypropylene series includs: polypropylene BCF (single color polypropylene BCF, three-color polypropylene BCF, Two-color clear polypropylene BCF, three-color clear polypropylene BCF, LRT, Claudier, plied network); twisted polypropylene (double twist, straight twist, double bend elbow, joint elbow). The nylon series includes: nylon BCF (colored nylon BCF, white nylon BCF, matte nylon BCF), twisted nylon (straight twist, joint elbow). And the polyester series includes: polyester BCF (colored polyester BCF, white polyester BCF, matte polyester BCF), twisted polyester (straight twist, joint elbow). Our total production capacity is 50,000 tons of carpet yarn, with 98 216-heads spinning lines and 3,912 spindles, and 348 heads of heat setting machines.
